OUR HISTORY

Holy Tabernacle of Christ Church was formed and established in 1992 by Pastor David L. Jackson.  The first church was located inside the living room of Pastor Jackson's home with a membership of six.  This small congregation did not hinder the vision Pastor Jackson had for his congregation.

 

The congregation quickly began to outgrow the living room and extend itself to the attached den.  Yet with continued growth, a major renovation project, converted the two car garage of Pastor Jackson's home allowing additional sanctuary space.  Immediately, Pastor Jackson began services in a small store front location in Grand Prairie.  As the congregation continue to prosper and grow, the vision of the church is to have a new and more permanent home in the near future.
